Namsoli SAS takes the protection of personal data seriously. This policy describes the data processed through namsoli.fr, the purposes of that processing and your rights, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French data protection law.

Data collected

The only data collected is what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, company, email address and message content. The hosting provider also keeps technical connection logs (IP address, date and time, page visited) required for the security and proper operation of the service.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to process and reply to your request (business enquiries, partnership proposals, questions about the company). Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on Namsoli SAS's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. No data is used for unsolicited marketing or passed on to third parties.

Recipients

The data is intended for Namsoli SAS. It passes through the servers of our hosting provider, LWS, located in France, which acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR.

Retention period

Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of three years from the last contact, then deleted. If the enquiry leads to a business relationship, data is kept for the duration of that relationship and the applicable statutory limitation periods.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@namsoli.fr or by post to the registered office address given in the legal notice. We will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
